We are proud to announce that we are a family-owned restaurant. The Manaa family has been running The Parthenon since February 2014.

Manal and Hossam Manaa: They have collectively over 35 years of experience as Physicians and have retired on February of 2012. Finally, Manal had the chance to follow her dreams: being a chef. The Parthenon would not be possible without their hard work, dedication, and most importantly, their expertise in Mediterranean food.

Britany Manaa: Britany helps run The Parthenon on a part time basis. She works full time as a case manager at a non-profit organization called PACE. She also has five years’ experience in food service.

Mohamed Manaa: Mohamed graduated medical school in 2012 and is currently studying for his Boards while he simultaneously runs The Parthenon.

Abdelaziz Belmorabit: Aziz has been working at The Parthenon for over 4 years. He was head chef under the previous owner and has a diploma in culinary arts. He has had over 8 years’ experience in the restaurant industry.
